Everyone Worth Knowing
Videos About This Book. I like the theme of finding who you really are despite the lure of all things beautiful and cool. Another book that I was very disappointed in This book was on my nightstand for a while now.
She works at a banking company, but hates it so much she up and quits Her uncle Will is a tabloid worker and makes a few calls to his old assistant Kellie who just dorth to own her own party company. My bad experience with Devil Wears Prada and the uninteresting synopsis made me have little to no interest in reading it.
Everyone Worth Knowing — All About Romance
This includes the present work by the same author. It was not boring, but also lacked excitement and life somewhere in between. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Leave A Comment Cancel reply Comment.
I do recommend Everyone Worth Knowing to any woman looking for a fun, refreshing read that won’t make you feel like you’re lowering your literary standards in the process. View Full Version of PW.

January 27, Publication Date: Mar 18, Elsa rated it did not like it Shelves: I also like her heroines because they take risks, and seem to have their heads firmly on their shoulders, despite some setbacks. Her books have sold more than thirteen million copies worldwide. It is also a story-line that has been done-to-death and so lacking in originality or uniqueness.

Soon after Bette Robinson quits her horrendous Manhattan banking job like the impulsive girl she’s never been. To view it, click here.
And I suppose compared to the other guys, he is After putting it back in the shelf I asked myself- what was its plot? My biggest complaint with “Prada” had been that it was too freaking long for what it was. I was lost in NYC club-hopping to the restaurants and parties that she promoted. How old do you have to be to read this book? And I got kind of annoyed when she worrh her job on a whim, which seemed out of character for the cool, down-to-earth heroine she was trying to build.
Thirty-five thousand names, actually, worht we can get in touch with any of them at any time. However, in the end it won with me because: Despite Bette’s relationship woes, the most captivating aspect of her character is her warring conscience, which wonders whether catering to the rich and famous is a particularly worthy life goal. Girl loses banking job, gets a job at a PR firm, gets into the party life and in the tabloids, kicking and screaming the whole way, gets a crush on a lowly bouncer, kisses bouncer, a Three’s Company misunderstanding happens, then bouncer and innocent girl who realizes she hates the backstabbing PR business, both run off into the sunset together.
On the same night she meets Philip who is a babe in the celebrity world The world think they are dating but they are not Abby an old school friend who Bette hates might I add is secretly the owner of the Ellie insider Column that has been knowinng loads of crap about Philip and Bette. I have an office full of people whose job it is to know everyone worth knowing.
While it was a decent vaycay book, it left me slightly disappointed.
